This is one of my favorite moments all year: attending Christmas mass with my beloved husband and SON. I feel so close to God and all that is right and holy in this world this time of year…

And then… my SON is standing before me with a massive… a HUGE… a HARD…

What am I to do?? We HAVE to attend Christmas mass! We HAVE to all be together. My SON cannot walk out the door and into church in this devilish condition!!

My husband’s growing more impatient by the second, I’m screaming back at him, and somehow… somehow I must save Christmas, save our family… and save my faith.
