Ugh. My heel has been bothering me all day. I think I made it worse while wearing my favorite high heel pumps to go grocery shopping. Ouch! I can barely walk on it. It hurts so much. It even hurts to gently pull off my shoe and peel my sock down over my heel.

Look how pink and sore it is! I’ll do my best to massage it and make it feel better. I’m running out of time and really need to practice for the big game tonight. Have to. I’m going to try a few cheers and see how it goes…. Oh, gosh, I just can’t do it!
