Hi Nathan, I’m sorry to hear that. I used to try to help people out with requests like this, but eventually it became too time consuming and costly for me. Too many people were asking the same thing, and to keep up with it all there was no time to film anything new. As my distributer, C4S takes a 40% cut on all my work and in exchange they deal with all the complicated business aspects of purchasing and downloads. 40% is a lot to lose but it is supposed to protect me from so many headaches. I also don’t have a way of verifying purchases, as it’s all done through C4S. In the past I distributed on other sites but that too became too challenging time wise. It’s just me, trying to do this alone and I don’t have the support network of employees to keep up with all this. Hard drive failure is a nightmare, so I definitely sympathize. November doesn’t seem that long ago. Maybe try asking C4S again?
