What's on my mind for my very first blog entry?
I'm anxious, overly excited, and downright elated. I'm dying to get my new
website launched and introduced to the world. I'm ready for the
repercussions! I've been waiting for this a long, long time.
No, my hopes for my new site aren't too high. I already know the power of an
online presence and am all too familiar with the wonders of the web as a
creative medium. In fact, that's why Tara Tainton.com was first conceived
and is entering the big world today.
I've been keeping a travel blog online and in view of the international
public for a year and a half now. That seems like an entirely different
world from where I'm about to venture with this site, but they're still very
similar. It's all about me getting to write down my streams of consciousness
to share with others, the insight I can provide into a field that's new to
some, and the freedom allowed by having a site that's my own creation
following my own direction (as often as that may evolve).
Tara Tainton.com fills the gap, enormous and grotesque as it is, that my
PG-rated travel blog never will. Oh, how I wanted to tell all the greatest
stories about my experiences while roaming around the world and give
examples of how life returns favors when you're honoring it by taking
advantage of every moment if offers to you. I've never been too good about
keeping things in, at least not when asked.
Secrets, I can keep till the day I die. And believe me, there are
many I hold safely inside to help protect the happy lives of those dear
to me. As for the things that apply to me, what I've done, how much I've
enjoyed the opportunities thrown my way, what I've learned, and how I've
changed from my prudish ways as a young girl....well, I love to share! I
have no regrets, nothing to hide for my own protection or ego, and if
telling my stories helps to amuse others or even show them what's in the
world for the taking, then all the better.
And I can't wait to share with you....the tales from the past, the new
experiences as they happen, and the more exciting details of my life as a
writer and appreciator of erotica. I already know the rewards of connecting
with the world online, and I can't wait to meet more of those in my field
and those of you who are open-minded so we can swap stories and share what
we love about life in general.
This is the no holds barred version of my life and probably of my opinions
as well. "They" don't know my pen name; they can't frown upon my actions and
ideas in this world. It belongs to me.
