The largest human penis recorded in the history books is reported by Wardell B.
Pomeroy of the Kinsey Institute. The scientifically measured length was
10 inches. In a special survey published in 1970, the largest penis found was
9.5 inches in erect length. In yet another survey dating back to 1935, Dr.
Jacobus found a cock nearly 12 inches in length. Yet another doctor, David
Reuben, testifies (no pun intended) to a penis 14 inches in length. Now, that
would be one I'd admire from afar and perhaps toy with a bit, but have no
interest in "adapting" to.
On that note, the smallest human penis may belong to
the majority of men as most surveyed today attest that they believe their
length is well below the average. I think that would be considered a self-esteem
issue there. Still, the smallest penis encountered by the Kinsey Institute was
just 1 inch long. The same survey noted above and taking place in 1970 found the
smallest to be an erect penis of 4.75 inches. Some medical literature writes of
penises that don't exceed 1 centimeter in full erection, and there's a term for
the little guys: micropenis.
On that note, I give you menfolk a very good reason for watching how large
you allow your beer gut, that infamous "spare tire" around the waist, to grow:

Now, which race has been found to have the largest
average penis size? The theory I hear most often (unfortunately, I have
yet to have the opportunity to confirm the theory myself) is that African
American men take the lead by far. Our Dr. Jacobus detected that there is
definitely a difference between the races. He found that the longest Arab
penises tend to be between 8 and 10 inches long with the "most developed
phallus" being attached to the Muslim Sudanese and nearly 12 inches in length.
Dr. Robert Chartham conducted an extensive survey and found these statistics
dividing the lengthiest of various races: English - 10.5 inches, West German -
8.5 inches, African - 7.5 inches, French - 7.75 inches, Danish - 8 inches,
Swedish - 7.75 inches, and the Americans measured in at a wee 7.75 inches.

Penis size has even been recorded among sex offenders in
an attempt to correlate it with the desire to commit sexual crimes. The
Kinsey group compiled the statistics for us yet again. Among the sub-groups
classified among the offenders, the average length was found to be from 6.3 to
6.5 inches. Only one group held an above-average tool as their weapon: the
aggresors against minors. The estimated penis length of exhibitionists was not
found out of the ordinary, contrary to popular assumption.
