My own dear mother is quickly becoming the mother every porn star should have. After all, I have her to thank for my conservative upbringing my more liberal and open mind eschewed that led to my realizing how much the world needs more strong women speaking out, baring all, and encouraging others to express themselves openly and interacting with others more positively.
Only recently did I share with my mum the finer details of my "video work." She's followed my sex writing career, read my stories, checked in with my blog now and then, fully aware of my personal site and my ventures into adult video with my former lover. Beyond that, she didn't care to know more... and she probably allowed herself to imagine the worst... whatever the worst could possibly be for a farm-raised, Midwestern born, Christian woman who's only had one sex partner her entire life, has been married to the same man all of her adult life, and has enjoyed what must be the absolute fright and horror of somehow giving birth to two very liberal, sexually open, and blatantly honest children. Our mother is damn wonderful, and to prove it, my brother and I have enjoyed the delight of startling her with the honest tales of our own experiences, evolving beliefs, and philosophical ideals year after year in a simultaneous attempt to broaden our mother's more conservative mind. Maybe it's finally working.
When I took the time to describe my most recent solo fetish video work, I heard a lot of "oh" and "really?" over the phone. Mom's new to the infinitely detailed and varied world of sexual fetish, of course. But then, something clicked, and she and I connected on a new level. My mother's always had a great sense of humor, a willingness to hear the views of others, and the desire to know the facts. And she's developed a great hobby of costume design over the last years. In describing what I've been asked to do by various fans, custom exclusive video orders I've fulfilled, and the props and costumes I'm always seeking out to take care of the finer details of my role play videos, my mother had an "ah ha!" moment. She suddenly realized how she could once again take part in her daughter's life, be of great assistance, and use her wonderful sense of creativity. Mom's been attending yard sales, browsing flea markets, and digging through her own extensive costume collection with brand new fervor.
I've been receiving box after box of props and costumes and clothing and other handy items I can't even begin to use fast enough. And this morning, I received my first video scene suggestion from my own mother. We had been discussing what the traditional sexy female cat burglar costume of the old movies and t.v. shows consists of. I had received a video request requiring the outfit... which I think my mother has finally found and put together for me. In telling me about it, she ended up suggesting a fully detailed scene for me to use it in. And it's clever! Not to mention how ideal it is to add a bit of humor to any sex video.

In my mum's own words: "The cat burglars were always after loot such as jewels or lots of money. They used to move a large picture on the wall to enter a wall safe. You could fake a scene with just a small computer printed picture of the front of a wall safe behind a picture frame and pretend to open it by pretending to turn the knob left and right.
I even thought it would be cute to add printed text such as, "Cat burglar entering empty bungalow to locate jewels." Then you enter the bedroom and find the picture, remove it and start to open the safe when the guy sleeping in bed rolls over you see his face and your eyes light up. Then the caption says something about, " Humm forget these jewels I can come back for them, I would rather have the 'family jewels.' " and you crawl in bed with him! Hokey I know but the client might like it! I am not sure how you will film it and make it look dark! Maybe you can lay the flashlight on the bed to illuminate you and the wall as you attempt to open the safe.
Once you figure out that the guy is there. You could then shine the light on the bed. Hey, maybe you cut stuff the bed with pillows then put a short wig to look like hair at the top. You could walk around the bed and check the guy out, even lift the covers a bit and show that you like what you see. Even whisper something to yourself like,"forget the safe tumblers, I would rather tumble your family jewels!" You can decide rather you want to remove the mask then and let your hair fall down before you crawl in or just crawl in and be more mysterious.
You could fake crawling on top. Then love him in his sleep, then go back for the jewels and leave the way you came. Hey, sorry, I got carried away!"
