I love change. Of all kinds. And my live-in lover suggested one particular
experiment I think I'm inclined to give a try. I've never really entertained the
idea before, but I'll try nearly anything at least once. Why not? I might as
well experience all the varieties of "vixenhood" available. I love changing my appearance via my long hair. It's just so convenient. I love changing the color, adding "stripes," playing up the visual evidence of my various inner selves. But I've always nixed going blonde. Why? Simply because I'm a natural brunette. I love my dark hair, and my dark hair suits me well... even when it's naturally lightened by the Summer sun. And I know the process for a dark-haired vixen such as myself to go platinum is a an arduous one. And not all together good for the hair itself. The act of my going blonde also seems like a no-return kinda situation. There I am, just like all the rest, with my permanently bleached color and quickly growing dark roots. But, as my live-in lover pointed out, I can just try it. Just to experience it. Just to see another side of myself. And I can always go back to my dark tresses just as quickly with yet another coloring job... despite how funny it would be to be coloring my hair... my own hair color. I'm not ready just yet. I have other colors to try out... like electric blue... in these lightened strands of my hair created for holding cool, unnatural colors. But I'm entertaining the idea of going blonde, platinum blonde, somewhere down the road. Just to test it out for pure fun on this lovely Half-Nekkid Thursday, I borrowed the blonde locks of Veronica Zemanova's from a particular photo I was admiring yesterday. What do you think of the result? A little funny, I know, but it's a hard to change your hair color so quickly!
So, maybe Veronica wears her blonde wig much better. I can practice! Don't forget to check back for next week's Half-Nekkid Thursday shot! You're sure to be pleasantly surprised by seeing yet another side of your lovely WebMistress. I'd love to hear just what you would like to see.
And if you decide to join in the fun or have left a special HNT post on your own site, leave a comment here so we can all take a peek. What's more fun than being creatively half-nekkid together?

We often mistakenly assume that confidence is all in our heads. It’s in our bodies too – in the way we move, stand, and speak. Our bodies speak our inner state. – James Chan |
