4) they were created prior to July 3, 1995, or

5) they are linked from third-party websites, hosted by those third-party web servers, and are not hosted on the server hosting this website or any location owned by or in connection with this website (questions pertaining to 18 U.S.C. 2257 compliance issues should be directed to those applicable third parties).
